So after Banaskantha, there was a downpour of damage for farmers in some areas of Patan district. Patan, Siddhpur, Chanasma, Harij, Sami and Shankheshwar Panthar received showers with late night winds. Farmers are fearful of damage to groundnut, pulses, vegetables and cumin crops due to late rains.
