Hurricane Tout has wreaked havoc in the state. According to the meteorological department, Tau has now passed through Ahmedabad after the cyclone hit Diu, Una, Porbandar and Gir Somnath yesterday. Ahmedabad has received 5 inches of rain following a hurricane that struck Ahmedabad at a speed of more than 40 kmph. Desolation scenes have been witnessed in many parts of the city due to wind speed and rain.
